Shipping policy

Short and clear: we ship from Switzerland with Swiss Post, within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein, always with tracking.

Delivery area

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. At the moment we cannot accept orders to other countries. As soon as that changes, it will say so here.

Shipping costs

The order value is the value of the goods after discounts. You see the shipping cost in the cart and at checkout, before you pay.

Delivery time

Your order is with you 3 to 7 working days after we receive it. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We ship with PostPac Economy. As soon as the parcel is on its way, you get an email with the tracking number and the link to the tracking page.

If an item is exceptionally not available, we will contact you within 2 working days. You then decide whether you want to wait, take a different item or get your money back.

Delivery

Swiss Post delivers to the address you gave with your order. If you are not there, Swiss Post leaves a collection invitation or puts the parcel at your designated drop-off point, depending on your settings with Swiss Post. You can usually collect it within 7 days.

Check your address before you submit. If it is wrong or incomplete and the parcel comes back to us, we charge CHF 7.50 for the new delivery. The same applies if a parcel is not collected.

Damaged parcel

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, take a photo of the parcel and the contents before you throw anything away, and write to us within 3 days at support@outlawzstudio.com. We take care of the rest; you incur no costs.
