Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders in the online shop outlawzstudio.com. The operator is Outlawzstudio, owner Raffaele Pellegrino, Dörnlerstrasse 53, 8544 Attikon, Switzerland (hereafter "we"). By placing your order you accept these terms in the version shown in the shop at the time of the order.

1. Offer and contract

The items in the shop are an invitation to send us an order. By clicking the order button you make a binding offer. The contract comes into effect when we confirm your order by email.

If an item is no longer available after the order, or if a price in the shop was obviously wrong (for example through a typo), we can withdraw from the contract. We will inform you immediately and refund whatever you have already paid.

We sell to private individuals for their own use. We can decline orders in quantities that suggest resale.

2. Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Outlawzstudio is not subject to VAT, so the prices contain no VAT and none is charged. Shipping costs are added and shown separately in the cart and at checkout. The price shown in the shop at the time of the order applies. Price changes for later orders are reserved.

3. Discount codes and gift cards

One discount code can be redeemed per order. Codes cannot be combined, cannot be applied to earlier orders and are not paid out in cash. In the case of a return we refund the amount actually paid. Gift cards are excluded from exchange and return.

4. Payment

You pay when you order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and TWINT. The amount is charged when the order is completed. Payment runs through Shopify Payments; we do not see your card details. We do not offer payment on invoice.

5. Delivery

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, with Swiss Post and with tracking. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days from receipt of the order. Shipping costs: CHF 7.50 per order, free from a goods value of CHF 80. The details are in our shipping policy.

If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because it was not collected, we charge CHF 7.50 for the new delivery. We carry the risk of a parcel being lost or damaged on its way to you until it is delivered.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until they are paid in full.

7. Returns and exchanges

For online purchases there is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland. We offer you voluntarily: return and exchange for a different size within 15 days of receipt. You pay the return shipping for a return and frank it in full; we do not accept unfranked parcels. The exchange is free. We trigger the refund within 5 to 7 working days after your parcel arrives. The items must be unworn, with the label and the original packaging. Return address: Outlawzstudio, Dörnlerstrasse 53, 8544 Attikon, Switzerland, after registering by email. All conditions and the process are in our return policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Warranty

For defects that were already present at handover we are liable under the statutory rules (Art. 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations) for 2 years from receipt. Report a defect as soon as possible by email with a photo. At our choice we will provide a replacement or refund the purchase price. We cover the cost of the return shipping. Not defects are normal wear, damage from wrong care or improper handling, and small differences in colour and measurement that are usual with textiles.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage only in cases of intent or gross negligence, unless the law provides otherwise. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage. We take no responsibility for third-party websites we link to.

10. Minors

If you are under 18, you need the consent of your parents or legal representative in order to place an order.

11. Intellectual property

The OUTLAWZ brand, our designs, images, texts and the structure of the shop are protected. Use only with our written consent.

12. Data protection

How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy.

13. Final provisions

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Attikon, Switzerland. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction for consumers are reserved. Should a provision of these terms be invalid, the remaining ones stay valid. We can amend these terms at any time; for your order the version at the time of the order applies.
